An ancient and rare sighthound breed originating from the Sarail region of Bangladesh. Believed to have been developed by Moghul zamindars by crossing Arabian Salukis with local dog breeds. Historically used by village households and officials, valued for speed, loyalty, and guarding ability in hunting and coursing game.
